We are looking for an experienced HR leader to join our team as the Human Resource Manager.

Position Summary

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting a positive, high-performance workplace culture. This role partners closely with facility leadership to oversee hiring and onboarding, manage employee relations, staffing support, regulatory compliance, and workforce development in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Emphasis in human resources management preferred.

  • One year of prior human resources or employee training and development experience preferred.

Salary/ Wage Range

$32.00 - $37.00 / hour
