Ipsos is launching a strategic initiative to deepen our support for clients in the Tech, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sectors primarily. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a central role in bringing in top talent across mid‑to‑senior levels—particularly individuals with experience in market research, analytics, and consulting who serve TMT and other clients based in California and Washington state. You will partner closely with business leaders, the Head of Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and ensure we attract the strongest talent in the industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • Serving as a trusted talent acquisition expert for hiring managers, providing guidance on SOPs, candidate experience, hiring best practices, and market insights.
  • Leading full‑cycle recruiting for senior‑level roles supporting our TMT‑focused teams primarily, as well as other sectors.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including Linked In Recruiter and industry networks.
  • Managing internal applicants and guiding them through the employee application process.
  • Pre‑closing candidates by aligning expectations on compensation, role scope, and career trajectory.
  • Maintaining accurate ATS data (Oracle) and ensuring compliance with process standards.
  • Responding to candidate and employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with the business leader across different teams, as well as HR and Finance.
  • Reporting on recruiting activity and sharing insights on talent markets and trends.
Industry focus
  • Building pipelines of research, analytical, and sales/account management talent with experience in Tech, Media, and Telecom, primarily.
  • Supporting additional sectors including CPG, Healthcare, Financial Services, and others as business needs evolve.
  • Developing strong relationships with top talent across the TMT ecosystem.
  • Leveraging deep understanding of market research roles and TMT client needs to identify ideal candidates.
  • Staying current on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and talent engagement.
  • Refining job descriptions and selection criteria in partnership with hiring managers.
What success looks like
  • A consistent pipeline of highly qualified candidates for TMT‑aligned roles.
  • Well‑informed hiring teams who receive timely insights, guidance, and market intelligence.
What makes you a strong fit
  • 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in an in‑house corporate environment (agency experience welcome).
  • Experience recruiting in the Market Research industry with a strong focus on Tech, Media, and Telecom talent—required.
  • Background supporting or working within TMT
    , with strong knowledge of how these industries operate.
  • Established networks within the TMT and research/consulting communities.
  • Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and demonstrated success in building pipelines.
  • Strong technical fluency with Microsoft Suite and ATS platforms (Oracle preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to advise hiring managers and candidates with confidence.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong project management skills and a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Consultative problem‑solving approach with the ability to navigate challenges constructively.
  • Resourcefulness and executive presence when interacting across all levels of the organization.
