Overview

Hiring multiple Sourcing Recruiters for a large tech company! Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA, Arlington, VA, OR Herndon, VA. If interested, please apply directly.

The Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients.

• Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.
• Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines.
• Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
• Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

• 1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, agency background preferred
• Heavy call/email experience

• High volume Recruiting experience; phone/email/text
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience; will be supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs
• 1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience
• Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidates
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in extremely fast-paced environments

This position requires you to work on-site 5x a week in one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA;
Arlington, VA;
Herndon, VA. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a new sourcing team that will support Data Center hiring, with a high chance of extension and possible conversion to full-time.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Seattle,WA.
