The roleAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to provide overall administrative support and interview coordination. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and fast paced candidate who wants to be part of a Saar recruiting team. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to develop their skills in recruiting, can multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once, and is flexible to ever-changing processes in a fast paced environment.
We’re looking for candidates => who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a住宿 perspective to help us scale and grow.
This role is a contract position and has a requirement to work in office 2 days per week.
What you’ll do- Schedule interviews for the recruiting team, including high volume group interviews, informing both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
- Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
- Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems
- Track and report on interview numbers
- Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems
- Provide a white glove experience for each of our candidates, and Fcensure the interview experience is seamless
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
- Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
- A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- 1+ years of experience in fast paced role
- Fluent in English
- Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Flexible to support changing business needs
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse
- Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Recruiting or human resources experience
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
