Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager leads all recruitment and retention efforts, building a pipeline of skilled technicians, licensed staff, and industry leaders. This role reports to the General Manager with a dotted‑line relationship to the VP of People and Training.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, write job descriptions, and lead interview processes.
- Source talent through active outreach, networking, events, and strategic partnerships with community groups and professional associations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
- Design inclusive recruiting strategies that bring diverse candidates into the interview process.
- Partner with marketing to build a strong employer brand across job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Utilize job boards, social media, search engines, and corporate postings to source both technical and non‑technical candidates.
- Multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform light HR administration duties.
- Create, build, and maintain employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
