• Manage full-cycle candidate processing, including language assessments, candidate review, and pipeline management to support high-volume hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking across multiple recruiting systems and platforms.
• Execute focused sourcing and recruiting work to support large-scale team projects and aggressive hiring goals.

• 3–7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a tech‑focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools; advanced Excel experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build effective Boolean search strings and engage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Experience delivering a high‑quality stakeholder and candidate experience in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility setting.

• Pay range for this position will be $47.47 to $52.47 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
