The Atlassian Early Careers team continues to evolve and innovate by hiring the right people to advance our mission. This role involves finding high-potential university talent, guiding them through a world-class hiring experience, and building future talent capacity for a dynamic technology organization. If you love creative campus recruiting and driving high accountability for delivery outcomes within your portfolio, this role is for you.

You will leverage UR expertise and collaborate across APAC and India. You’ll manage all parts of the campus recruiting lifecycle, including running on-campus events, driving candidate pipelines, branding Atlassian as an employer of choice, and guiding interviewer debrief sessions. You will learn the intricacies of each business area and promote these opportunities to students for both Grad and Intern programs. You will develop new initiatives and roll out global programs to evolve our hiring approach.

• Ability to work with in-demand students with multiple offers from competitors
• Work well on a team – willing to contribute to all aspects of the candidate experience
• Proven attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills
• Comfort being the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to external candidates and internal partners
• 4+ years Campus | Early Career | University Recruiting / TA experience
• Willingness to travel (up to 25 - 50% of the year)

• Background in high-volume technology and software-focused campus recruitment
• Experience building and executing on-campus recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., ATS and university job boards)
• Previous experience in talent enablement or campus operations
• Knowledge of engaging and sourcing hard-to-find candidates

At Atlassian, compensation programs are designed to be equitable and competitive. The base pay range for new hires in the United States is disclosed by geographic pay zones. For this role, base pay ranges are:
Zone A: $124,200 - $162,150;
Zone B: $112,500 - $146,875;
Zone C: $103,500 - $135,125. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. Visit  for location details and confirm your zone with your recruiter.
