Associate Staffing Consultant

The Associate Staffing Consultant (ASC) is a newly created role within our Contract Staffing Training Program (CSTP) focused on the candidate lifecycle.

Pay range: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, Linked In, internet searches, referrals and professional networking.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs and conduct mock interviews.
• Extend job offers and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
• Proactively cold‑call to identify prospective candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
