Associate Staffing Consultant
The Associate Staffing Consultant (ASC) is a newly created role within our Contract Staffing Training Program (CSTP) focused on the candidate lifecycle.
Pay range: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Responsibilities- Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, Linked In, internet searches, referrals and professional networking.
- Interview prospective candidates.
- Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs and conduct mock interviews.
- Extend job offers and manage the offer process.
- Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
- Proactively cold‑call to identify prospective candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal initiative and self‑motivation.
- Leadership skills and competitive drive.
- Discretion and independent judgment about business and people fit.
- Drive to meet goals and metrics with a get‑up‑and‑go attitude.
