We are a talent-focused recruitment agency specializing in placing top-tier retail sales associates with

prestigious luxury beauty brands. Our clients include globally recognized names in skincare, cosmetics,

and fragrance. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to help

us source and onboard freelance sales associates.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring charismatic, sales-driven

professionals who embody the skills, passion, and service standards expected in the luxury beauty

industry. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients create unforgettable in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit freelance sales associates for luxury beauty retailers across fragrance,
• cosmetics, skincare and haircare
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both product knowledge and customer service aptitude.
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for quick deployment based on client needs.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand staffing requirements and brand expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including training on brand guidelines, product knowledge,
• and retail protocols.
• Ensure all freelancers meet the brand’s image and customer engagement standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting in the beauty, fashion, or luxury retail space
• Understanding of the freelance and event staffing landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with virtual hiring platforms.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for brand alignment.
• Knowledge of major beauty retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s & Saks
• Fifth Avenue.
• Proficiency in Mac iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
