Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA for a Catering Event Coordinator. The Catering Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering events while ensuring client satisfaction. Key tasks include coordinating logistics with vendors and staff, managing event timelines, handling client communications, overseeing on-site event operations, and assisting in sales efforts to secure new business.

The role requires proactive problem-solving and excellent organizational skills to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management; ability to design, organize, and execute high-quality events
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
• Background in Sales and the ability to support new business efforts and client relationship management
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in the catering or event management industry is a plus
• Proficiency in event scheduling software or tools
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
