Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, OL Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Stand Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the workforce in your assigned location to provide exceptional service to guests while enforcing all company policies related to food and beverage services.

• Union Pay Rate: $26.07 per hour

• Ensure all steps of service are completed and follow up to ensure exceptional service.
• Manage operations of assigned concession stand while assisting team members
• Train stand workers, ensuring they understand stand operations, product knowledge, and customer service expectations
• Knowledge of packaging, presentation, and pricing of all menu items at assigned location
• Present product and merchandise appropriately for the assigned location
• Assist in inventory and product management at the assigned location
• Record inventory for concessions locations in a timely manner before, during, and after events
• Maintain a well-kept service area by following company and state sanitation practices
• Communicate with supervisors and managers any guest issues that occur
• Ensure the POS system is functioning properly and correct any problems when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in supervisory or lead roles required
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while engaging with guests
• Able to communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and guests
• Capable of lifting products and equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to react professionally and calmly in emergency situations
• Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic employment verification
• Possess valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit
• Must be at least 21 years of age
