- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across multiple departments, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
- Lead, coach, and support department managers and teams, creating an inclusive, engaged, and high‑performing workplace.
- Support financial planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards, safety regulations, and collective agreements in a unionized environment.
- Act as an ambassador of Coast Hotels in the community, strengthening relationships and representing our values.
- A bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of progressive hotel leadership experience (department head, operations manager, or AGM).
- Strong background in full‑service hotel operations, including Food & Beverage.
- Proven ability to support financial results for a complex business unit.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a people‑first approach.
- Experience working in unionized environments is strongly preferred.
- A passion for creating welcoming spaces where teams and guests feel they belong.
- An inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated, and every voice is valued.
- Opportunities to grow your career within Coast Hotels USA Inc. and the broader hospitality industry.
- A chance to make an impact — not just on business performance, but on the culture, guest experience, and community.
- Competitive compensation and benefits, plus the opportunity to be part of a team that lives its values.
At Coast Hotels, we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. If you are passionate about hospitality leadership and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
