Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as our Full‑Time Line Cook 2 at the Grand Hyatt Seattle! This Intermediate Line Cook position requires good communication as well as at least 2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, and be comfortable producing at a high volume level.
The hourly rate range for this position is $30.20/hour – $30.80/hour. The position starts at $30.20/hour. Long‑term colleagues who have remained in the position for four years receive $30.80/hour.

- Good communication skills
- Two years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen

- Strong knife skills are required
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; PM availability required
