Event Sales Manager

Apella offers premier conference and event space with sleek design, world-class hospitality, and sophisticated multimedia solutions. Located in Eastlake, Seattle, our venue hosts four meeting rooms accommodate groups of 2 to 200. Backal Hospitality Group operates and manages Apella, ensuring that every wish is met, high expectations are exceeded, and a yes-we-can service philosophy is flawlessly executed.

We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our team of hospitality professionals as an Event Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess restaurant and or hotel event experience in a high-volume operation with a primary focus on meeting sales goals and building brand awareness.

This role will be responsible for the selling, planning, executing, and facilitating of events. The incumbent will source and identify new business, outline strategic marketing initiatives, and possess networking / communication competencies. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of relative experience.
