• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, food, and beverage.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred 3 years of experience within food and beverage.
• Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
• Experience writing schedules, managing inventory, placing orders, and maintaining records.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

• Assist in daily management of all hotel food and beverage operations (kitchens, restaurants, banquets, lounges, room service, coffee shops, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation, monitor cost and portion controls.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, and resolve concerns.
• Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
