Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of hotel front desk experience
Shift Pattern

Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Evening shifts can end as late as 3 am.

Hourly Rate

$27.50 – $28.50 based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What I’ll Be Doing
  • Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures including guest check‑in and check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, determining room rates and availability, and night audit operations
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members
  • Assist with night audit coverage as needed
