• Clean all public areas and respond to cleaning needs promptly.
• Support coworkers as needed and collaborate on shared tasks.
• Use proper bending and lifting techniques to maintain safety.
• Clean spills, remove trash, and straighten public or back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain back‑of‑house spaces such as offices, hallways, and restrooms.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work environment organized.
• Pay special attention to detail and exceed guest expectations through responsiveness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
• Protect company assets by adhering to security standards.
• Deliver exceptional products and services while embodying Columbia Hospitality values.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Availability for day shift (7:00 am–11:00 am).
• Availability on weekends.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast‑paced role.
