We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in a field capacity. Primary duties include health and safety incident response across diverse worksites, providing on-site first aid, completing incident reports, performing health screenings, and related tasks as certified.

We seek candidates with education or experience in:

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Or with additional in-house training:
  Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant

• At least 18 years of age
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.

On-Site Health & Safety conducts an extensive background check, which includes a motor vehicle driver’s license check. The insurance company and internal safety department review MVR records to determine if an applicant will be extended fleet driving privileges based on several risk factors, including previous negative “hits” on an MVR check, such as excessive moving violations, DUIs, reckless driving, etc. The search also considers a driver’s driving age/history.

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements above to apply. On-Site Health & Safety offers of employment are contingent upon the successful outcome of a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Some employees may be classified as safety-sensitive positions and may be subject to post-accident and random testing. Immunization against hepatitis B is recommended due to possible exposure to blood borne pathogens or bodily fluids.
