CT Technologist

Description

Performs a variety of technical and patient care procedures that require independent judgment utilizing a multi-slice CT scanner. Utilizes power inject clause and monitoring equipment. Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast at the direction of the physician onsite. Provides exemplary customer service. Participates ケースand is engaged in a team framework and maintains a positive approach and attitude. Continues to use their radiology technology experience doing diagnostic X‑ray and fluoroscopy work.

• Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
• Upon hire:
  Washington Radiologic Technologist
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• Upon hire:
  National Registered Technologist – Radiography – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Within 1 year of hire:
  National Registered Technologist – Computed Tomography – or – National Computed Tomography Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

• 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one‑year in a CT Scan department preferred
