Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Rehabilitation
Our Pediatric Rehabilitation Services team is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist passionate about helping children—from birth through age 18—reach their fullest potential. In this role, you will provide and oversee high‑quality, family‑centered care that makes a meaningful difference in lives of children and their caregivers.
You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing functional outcomes, implement evidence‑based interventions, and continually reassess progress to guide treatment and discharge planning. Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, and you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, families, and caregivers to ensure each child receives coordinated, compassionate support.
All services are delivered in alignment with ethical standards, organizational policies, state practice acts, and current best practices in pediatric occupational therapy—ensuring excellence in every aspect of care.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but we will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience
