- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory through strategic account management
- Educate healthcare providers and other stakeholders on the benefits of Neurocrine products
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as and Oracle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution and payer requirements
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented approach
