What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Organize and coordinate the administrative operations and revenue cycle operations of assigned clinics
  • Oversee clinic support service workflow, ensuring efficiency in practice management and financial services
  • Make independent judgments and decisions regarding routine and complex patient issues
  • Lead project management efforts to improve clinic workflow and support strategic goals
  • Assist in monitoring and assuring quality improvement strategies within the clinic
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or Public Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a supervisory or lead role in a medical clinic setting
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle and/or medical finance processes
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
