The UW Autism Center (UWAC) is hiring for Temporary, Hourly, Part-Time Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities include providing direct intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in homes and clinics, implementing protocols developed by BCBAs, and creating therapy materials. The role requires afternoon/evening availability (2-7PM) and reliable transportation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of college coursework in a relevant area and two years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related fields.
- Experience in early behavioral intervention for children with autism.
- Ability to interact creatively with children and handle physical care tasks involving children aged 12-48 months.
