We are hiring a Business Development Manager to support one of our established mobile wound care partners serving Auburn, King County, and the southern Seattle metro area
.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building long-term professional relationships, and understands how healthcare decisions are made at the provider and facility level.

You’ll represent a fully mobile wound care model
, helping expand access to care by building and maintaining strong referral relationships throughout the local healthcare community.

• Represent the client’s 100% mobile wound care services professionally and confidently
• Build and maintain referral relationships with:
• Physicians and physician offices
• Home health agencies
• Skilled nursing and post-acute facilities
• Conduct a mix of phone outreach and in-person visits throughout your assigned territory
• Educate referral partners on mobile wound care services, access pathways, and collaboration opportunities
• Serve as a consistent, trusted point of contact in the local healthcare community
• Provide field insights, updates, and feedback to Healing HEROs leadership
• Operate independently while aligning with a broader growth and outreach strategy

• Sales or business development experience required
• Healthcare, medical sales, home health, wound care, or post-acute experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Professional, reliable, and confident representing a healthcare brand
• Comfortable with regular local travel throughout King County and surrounding areas
• Must have reliable transportation

• $25/hour
  , full-time (40 hours per week)
• $50/week gas stipend for local travel
• 5 days of paid time off
  , available after one month of contract work
• Paid holidays
  , available after one month
• Not standard for 1099 roles — but we value the contractors we work with
