Charge RN - NICU Pediatrics Transport @ Swedish First Hill

Join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care. This position supports the ground transport of our premature neonates up to 18-year-olds. As a member of our fast-paced, small team, you will build relationships with our team of MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.
Responsibilities- Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
- Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License - 1 year critical care in a PICU or level 4 NICU nursing experience.

Benefits and CompensationPosted wage range:
The base pay range for this position is $48.85 - $89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
