This is an AYA offer unit. If traveler does not sign in 24 hours , candidate risks loosing the offer to the first candidate that signs. Manager will call candidate after signs contract and will have 48 hours to reject candidate post interview. Active , in Process or no license on your profile. IF " in process status " Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date IF previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

CVICU experience Option to flex less than 26 weeks Will accept first time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license --- PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
Cardiovascular disease, Pre/post Cath Lab and IR procedures, Fresh Open Heart Surgery SPECIAL PROCEDURES: CABG, OHS, AAA, Valvular Repairs IABP, Impella, VAD's, Pacemakers, Epicardial Pacer Management CRRT/Dialysis Hemodynamic Monitoring Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care, Vents High Frequency Vents, Procedure Sedation RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs Blood/Blood Products Administration Cardioversion / Defibrillation, Colling/Warming Obtain 12 Lead EKG
*** SCREEN if no IABP or Recovery of open hearts less 12 hours post-op, need fresh open heart experience - Unit has unseasoned staff so they need strong travelers Cardiac Surgical experience is REQUIRED 4 days orientation - validated skills for some competencies SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: heath removal Vasopressors Balloon - Maquet Datascope preferred CVVH/Prismaflex - CRRT preferred ECMO not required for Travelers IMPELLA - without CVICU experience and open heart experience, as well a device or two (i.e. IABP, Prism Flex, Impella, ECMO, LVAD).
