All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. Pyxis Charting System: EPIC PATIENT DIAGNOSES:

- General ED, psych, SUDO Chemical Dependency, ECT/TMS, Involuntary Status, Medical Psych, Restraints, Seclusion, Voluntary Status - Psych, SUDO Chemical Dependency (in patient primarily, rarely seen in ED first).

- Involuntary Status, Medical Psych, Restraints, Seclusion, Voluntary Status - 10% pediatrics SPECIAL PROCEDURES:

- Breathing Treatments - Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation, Trach Care, Vents - Blood/Blood Products Administration - Cardioversion / Defibrillation;
Cooling / Warming Blanket - Obtain 12 Lead EKG, Tele Interpretation - Drains, Feeding Tubes - PICC/Central Lines;
Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care - Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter. SKILLS Work Settings:

- General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi (REQUIRED) - Level II Trauma Center (PREFERRED) Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response:

- Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias (REQUIRED) IV therapy/Phlebotomy:

- Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs (REQUIRED) Medications:

- IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration (REQUIRED) Respiratory:
