Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. 2 YR EXP Will accept first time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license PATIENT DIAGNOSES: 40% Inpatient / 60% Outpatient Heart block/CAD/CHF/Tachycardia SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
Cardioversion / Defibrillation LVAD Obtain 12 Lead EKG Sheath Removal Post-Op, Pre-Op EP Lab, Interventional, Pre/Post, Procedural 4 man team- 2 RN / 2 Techs

REQUIRED:

Cath Lab Experience (2 yrs), IABP, Impella, IV Start

REQUIRED:

Patient Recovery CERTS: ACLS, BLS, NCLA required CALL: yes, STEMI call 9
-11 shifts/ 6 week schedule FLOAT: yes, Cath Lab/EP - Issaquah campus WEEKEND COVERAGE: on
-call (3 weekend shifts) included in part of the 9-11 call shifts/ 6 week schedule SCRUBS: provided All units that have on- call requirements require a 30-minute response time. It is outlined as a standard requirement in the unit description. All Swedish facilities with units that necessitate on-call coverage have a response time of 30 min from when the traveler is called in.
