Senior Improvement Advisor (.50 FTE)
Comagine Health is hiring a Senior Improvement Advisor (.50 FTE) to support quality improvement work with the AIAN QIO team
, partnering with Tribal communities, providers, and stakeholders to improve health outcomes and patient safety.
Remote | Part-Time (~20 hrs/week) | Moderate Travel
Salary will be adjusted to meet .50 FTE.
What you'll do:- Provide coaching and technical assistance to Tribal and AIAN-serving providers
- Support practice transformation, patient safety, and community engagement initiatives
- Facilitate learning collaboratives, trainings, and stakeholder convenings
- Lead or support quality improvement projects
- Build trusted relationships and mentor team members
- 5+ years in healthcare quality improvement
- Experience working with Tribal communities or AIAN-serving organizations (preferred)
- Strong facilitation, cultural humility, and relationship-building skills
- BA/BS required;
Master's preferred
Part‑time, mission‑driven work supporting Tribal health systems.
