We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a special education center serving children with autism and neurodivergent needs in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities- Provide direct therapy per IEPs, program AAC devices, and support assistive technology.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including teachers, BCBAs, and OTs.
- Participate in IEP development, evaluations, and communication supports.
- Work in a relationship-centered, neurodiversity-affirming environment that celebrates all communication styles.
Ideal candidates will have experience with gestural language processing, high-tech AAC, and push-in therapy models.
