We are hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to join multiple IRG clinic locations. These positions include access to fellowship‑trained orthopedic mentors, structured early‑career support, and exposure to a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence‑based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re‑education, and therapeutic exercise
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance your clinical skills
• Educate patients and families on recovery and long‑term wellness
• Uphold IRG’s standards for patient‑centered care and professional excellence

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy.
• Desire to grow into specialty certifications or advanced practice.

• Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients, including athletes.
• Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs.
• Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the IRG clinic.

• Base Compensation: $80,000–$93,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.
• Enhanced Compensation Program:
  Earn up to an additional 20% of base salary based on client care.
