- Cath Labs: 3 cath labs + 1 hybrid OR
- Procedure Rooms: 4
- Beds: 4
- Daily Census: ~17
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Special Equipment: Sterotaxis lab (rarely used)
- Medication System: Pyxis
- Documentation: Epic, Mc Kesson
- Communication: SBAR
- Patient Ratios
- Days: 1:20
- Weekends: 1:4
- Call Required: Yes
- Typically 6 evenings + 1 weekend every 6 weeks
- One weekend per 6 weeks on standby
- 30-minute response time required
- Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 requests
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience
- Licensure: Active Compact License accepted
- Eligibility Note:
- Permanent employees of non-Swedish Providence facilities may travel if separated for ≥3 months

- Pulmonary Artery (PA) Line Insertion
- TAVR / TAVI
- Watchman
- Fluoroscopy
- Siemens systems
- Accurate hemodynamic monitoring
- Equipment setup
- EKG lead placement
- Access site preparation
- Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
- Circulator role
- Scrub role (maintain sterile field)
- Vascular closure devices (Perclose, Star Close)
- Required: Isolation precautions
- Preferred: Rapid Response / Code Team participation
