UW Medicine Women's and Children Clinic – Roosevelt location (Pacific Northwest).

Work Schedule
  • Full‑time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)

Primary

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient internal and external communications system, including phone answering and call triaging.
  • Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments.
  • Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.
  • Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range minimum: $44,496.00 annual.
  • Pay range maximum: $59,976.00 annual.
  • Union/Bargaining unit: SEIU Local 925 – Nonsupervisory.
