We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) in Washington to mentor up to 6 Associate Therapists while managing a caseload of 18–24 clients weekly.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and group consultation with a trauma-informed, multicultural, LGBTQIA+ affirming approach.
- Support professional growth in a collaborative, leadership-driven environment.
- Maintain a flexible hybrid schedule, with in-office and telehealth options.
- Offer a salary of $75,000–$85,000 with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), CEU support, and more.
