• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Seattle known for delivering high‑quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.

• Estimated rate range: $45‑55/hr

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current WA license (or eligibility).
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
