We provide non-medical, in-home care that allows aging adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining dignity and independence.

This position will primarily serve clients in Shoreline, Seattle, and West Seattle.

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance, including use of gait belts or other assistive devices
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia care
• Hospice support
• Promoting safety, dignity, and well-being at all times
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients and their families

• Active HCA or CNA certification (Required)
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred)
• The ability to treat clients and their homes with dignity and respect
• A kind, dependable, and patient attitude

• $21.30-24 per hour depending on experience
• Full-time and part-time schedules available
• Paid training and 24/7 office support
