In-Home Caregiver/Driver role at With a Little Help, Inc in the Seattle area. This is a variable-hour, hourly, non-exempt position with daytime availability and potential for overnight or live-in shifts when needed.

• Develop a professional, warm, and caring relationship with each client while following individualized care plans.
• Provide companionship, including outings, walks, drives and other stimulating activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks (toileting, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Transport clients in your vehicle; accompany to appointments and relay information as needed.
• Perform household chores (laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, linen changes).
• Monitor and assist with transfers and exercise regimes; ensure client safety.
• Respect client and family beliefs, cultures, and confidentiality.
• Communicate with family members and office staff; document changes in condition and required paperwork on time.
• Attend mandatory orientation and in-service training; follow company policies and procedures.

• New caregivers may apply if they can obtain certification within 200 days and have verified caregiving experience and references.
• Applicant is responsible for meeting State requirements for certification; company does not provide the 75-hour training or financial support.
• Ability to provide 2-3 professional references.
• Smartphone to clock in/out, review calendars, and complete notes via an in-home care application.
• Ability to drive clients in your own vehicle: valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work 1 to 7 hour-long shifts and provide minimum 3 days of daytime availability per week.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the USA (I-9 USCIS verification).

• Professional caregiving experience (3+ years).
• Actively certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Willingness and ability to serve clients outside Seattle city limits (e.g., Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Shoreline, Lynwood, and others).

Base pay range: $22.80/hr - $27.00/hr short shift premiums apply; typically base pay plus premiums results in earnings up to $28/hour depending on shift length and responsibilities.

• Pay Range: $20.80-$23/hour Base Pay Rate for certain categories; see details.
• Short Shift Premiums: additional $2-$5/hour for 2-7 hour shifts.
