Do you have a caring heart and a dependable spirit, and are based in or around Seattle? We're seeking dedicated caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. Join our team to support older adults across Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, University District, West Seattle, Renton, and nearby communities.

Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service. Your local Always Best Care team will be helping families throughout Seattle and surrounding communities, providing non-medical in-home care, independent and assisted living referral services. We provide our clients and their families with peace of mind that they are receiving the best possible care, while ensuring our clients' safety, comfort, and respect—Always.

Compensation: $23-$25, depending on experience and certifications

Flexible daytime shifts (4-8 hours) - weekend availability is a plus!

• Offering warm companionship and emotional care
• Assisting with everyday tasks, including grooming, dressing, and meal prep
• Keeping the home safe, clean, and inviting with light housekeeping
• Accompanying clients to appointments and helping with important errands
• Providing dependable, compassionate support for daily life

• A valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Previous hands‑on experience caring for older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
