- Washington‑state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of outstanding patient outcomes.
- Experienced clinician passionate about outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation or other relevant services.
- Passionate about creating a unique and innovative patient experience and building meaningful connections.
- Natural leader who can lead by example and build a strong team of therapists and support staff.
- Excellent rapport, communication, and empathy skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to utilize new technology and software to enhance client engagement and increase efficiency.
- Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Additional earning potential:
