Physical Therapist - Clinic Director

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is growing and looking for a Physical Therapist / Clinic Director to join our team at the Wallingford location in Seattle, WA. • Local experience as a PT‑owned and operated company based in Washington state, with no large national corporation making decisions that affect patient care.

• Washington‑state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of outstanding patient outcomes.
• Experienced clinician passionate about outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation or other relevant services.
• Passionate about creating a unique and innovative patient experience and building meaningful connections.
• Natural leader who can lead by example and build a strong team of therapists and support staff.
• Excellent rapport, communication, and empathy skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to utilize new technology and software to enhance client engagement and increase efficiency.

• Base salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year (depending on experience).
• Additional earning potential:
  Shared reward intelligent compensation program, allowing earnings well over $100,000 with base salary plus performance pay.
