• Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state licensure – or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.
• CPR certification (varies by state/location).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.

$50 – $55/hr wage ranges take into consideration candidate’s professional experience, location of the position, and status of the position.
