Established in 1973, Asian Counseling & Referral Service (ACRS) offers behavioral health programs and community services to Asians, Pacific Islanders, and other underserved communities in King County and beyond. This is a full‑time position in the Aging and Adult Services department. The Coordinator ensures compliance with Title XIX Case Management Program policies, coordinates quality assurance processes, assists with internal and external audits, and trains Title XIX Case Management staff on program policies and updates.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide training to Title XIX Case Management staff; develop training materials and facilitate monthly in‑service training.
- Support the Title XIX Program Manager and Program Supervisors with supervisory QA reviews and ensure staff meet internal QA quotas.
- Provide backup supervision of Case Managers, including case consultations and reviews of assessments.
- Participate in QA and process improvement initiatives, contract compliance, and client service excellence.
- Attend all agency, program, and team meetings and in‑service trainings.
- Education: Master’s degree in social work, behavioral or health sciences (preferred) + 1 year supervised experience; OR Bachelor’s in social work with 3 years supervised experience; OR Bachelor’s in behavioral and health sciences with 4 years supervised experience.
- Completion of a Case Manager training program including State‑sponsored CORE Training.
- Bilingual or bicultural skills relevant to the position; fluency in Asian or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander languages preferred.
- Proficient customer service, time‑management, problem‑solving, and empathy skills.
- Strong understanding of the aging process and Title XIX Case Management programs.
- Computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other web‑based applications. - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required for vehicle use.
- Pay range: $64,400–$69,700 annually (may increase with experience).
- ACRS pays 100% for employee‑only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits; additional options covered 75%–85%.

The position requires regular mobility within the office or workspace, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and a moderate noise level. It is hybrid: approximately 70% on‑site (office or home visits) and 30% remote. Working hours are Monday through Friday with no weekend work.
