Description
Responsible, supportive work providing spiritual and emotional care to patients, families and staff of Swedish Health Services. The staff chaplain also acts as liaison between patients/families and community clergy.
Multiple Schedules- Every Sunday through Wednesday
- Every Wednesday through Saturday
Required Qualifications
- Completion of 4 units of CPE
- National Chaplain Certification within 3 years of hire
- 3 years in ministry with one (1) year in a medical setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Divinity or equivalent
- Previous experience using an electronic medical record

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Pay range: $37.64 - $57.10 per hour.
