Schedule

Flex hours throughout the week, for the evening POD days on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, which end at 6:30pm. You may also help support AD RES & PHP from time to time.

As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you’ll be part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment, therapy sessions, and/or support in one of our many centers or virtually through our tele‑behavioral health platform. You’ll conduct individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children, and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. You’ll develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan and work with the interdisciplinary team to implement the plan.

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on caseload:
  • Complete biopsychosocial, self‑harm, and suicide assessments.
  • Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with team members.
  • Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed.
• For each patient on caseload, complete clinical paperwork:
  • Treatment plans.
  • Individual and family therapy progress notes and group notes.
  • Wellness plan and aftercare plan.
  • Discharge summary.
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field.
• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy.
• Experience with individual/family therapy preferred.

• Has obtained and maintains a full clinical mental health license as required by state.
• Has carried significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities.

• At least 3 years post‑licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma‑related disorders.
• Some experience supervising other clinicians.
• Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases.

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist I role is $80,000–$90,000.

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist II role is $90,500–$105,000.

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist III role is $105,000–$125,000.
