This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on finance executive who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has direct experience operating within a decentralized financial structure
. The Director of Finance will serve as a key business partner to ownership and executive leadership, driving financial performance, accountability, and operational discipline across the hotel.

The Director of Finance will oversee all financial functions of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This leader will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity while supporting operational decision‑making through clear analysis and strategic insight.

• Lead all financial and accounting operations for the property.

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and performance reporting.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense management across all departments.
• Support strategic initiatives, including renovations, repositioning, and asset improvement programs.

• Progressive hotel finance leadership experience, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or full‑service hotels.
• Proven success working in independent or decentralized financial environments
