Position: Investment Trust Fund Manager, Mandarin Language Required

Investment Trust Fund Manager, Mandarin Language Required, Seattle, WA

We are seeking an Investment Trust Fund Manager for a great opportunity in Seattle, WA. This position is 100% Onsite and not Remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and apply for the license to form an investment trust.
  • Form an investment trust.
  • Raise funding for the investment trust.
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of trust accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with technical accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other trust-related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Monitor investment performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to trust management.
  • Assist with business development efforts, including identifying sales opportunities and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Investment Trust Fund Management experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Mandarin language required.
  • Fundraising experience required.
  • Experience in trust administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with technical accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification preferred.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
