Job Responsibilities
This position will play a key role in supporting the Company's domestic corporate and partnership tax functions under the supervision of a Tax Senior Accountant and Tax Manager. It is ideal for an experienced staff-level professional who wants ownership, process improvement, and a key role on the tax team.

- Prepare U.S. federal, international, and state income tax compliance and reporting requirements, including 1120s, 1065s, and 5471s using One Source Income Tax.
- Prepare and maintain detailed work papers supporting income tax calculations, tax basis balance sheets, partnership capital accounts, and fixed asset reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly income tax estimates and extensions.
- Assist the tax department in responding to domestic tax audits, state notices, and property tax audits.
- Support year‑end income tax provision and financial reporting processes.
- Assist the team with additional compliance and reporting requirements as needed, including property tax filings, withholding tax filings, FBAR reporting, EIN requests, business license registrations, gross receipts filings, and other indirect tax filings.
- Assist with tax research, documentation of tax issues, and support of tax planning initiatives.
- Maintain reporting templates, process controls, and data‑flow / reporting automation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
Master’s degree and/or CPA license preferred. - Minimum 2‑3 years of income tax experience with working knowledge of corporate and partnership income taxation for federal and state.
- Strong Excel proficiency required.
- One Source Income Tax experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
