Financial Manager
LHH has partnered with a professional services firm in their search for a Director of Finance
. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly reputable professional services organization where collaboration, trust, and strategic growth are at the forefront.
Title: Director of Finance
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in Seattle office; 5 days in office to start)
Location: Seattle, WA
Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, including GL maintenance, reporting, cash flow, and budgeting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs to support firm leadership
- Manage banking and investment relationships alongside C-suite leadership
- Oversee internal controls, compliance, payroll, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Professional services industry experience
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable presenting monthly financials to firm leadership
