DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial performance and strategy for our organization. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide insights and support executive decision‑making. You will work closely with various departments to gather data, understand business drivers, and help the organization meet its financial goals.
This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial planning and analysis, which ultimately contributes to the overall growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. We are looking for someone who is proactive, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods to identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate financial data and provide insights for operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and software; familiarity with ERP systems such as Netsuite.
- Has utilized an FP&A tool such as Vena.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
