Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of the New Markets Tax Credit program Oversee asset management, compliance, and reporting for the NMTC portfolio Manage relationships with investors, consultants, and community partners to ensure a sustainable project pipeline
Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in community development finance or structured finance Deep expertise in NMTC or comparable complex tax credit transactions Proven experience in leading complex financial transactions, including underwriting and closing Strong understanding of real estate finance, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance Experience managing teams and developing staff in finance and compliance roles
