Salary Range: $98,000–$114,400 DOE

About the Role
The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee a high‑volume Accounts Payable operation supporting a complex and fast‑paced workflow. This individual will manage a team, ensure strong internal controls, streamline AP processes, and maintain accuracy and compliance across all AP activities.
We're looking for someone who can “hit the ground running,” communicates effectively, builds strong relationships across departments, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the AP function, including high‑volume invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage supplier onboarding, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain and enhance AP internal controls, workflows, and documentation.
- Partner with procurement, operations, and finance teams to quickly resolve discrepancies.
- Coach, mentor, and manage AP team members to support performance and development.
- Assist with process redesign, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing people in an AP leadership role
- Proven high‑volume AP experience including invoices, payment cycles, and controls
- Experience with supplier onboarding and vendor communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate with speed, accuracy, and confidence in a fast‑moving environment
